For something so overly processed, it seems like the classic hot dog has become a bit of a rarity in the bar scene. Don’t get us wrong: there’s plenty of great spots that service a delicious, gourmet frank (shoutout H&H). But the DeepDiveNY brand isn’t about all the bells and whistles and chives and bacon bits.
